Overheard today:
Sam: You mustn't point your finger at people Alistair, it is rude!
Ali: Umhh?
Sam: Do you know what they do in Polynesia if people point their fingers?
Ali: Umhh??
Sam: They will break your fingers
Ali: Umhh?
Me: Saaaaam!
Sam: Honestly mum, we learnt this at school.
I am not sure what worries me more:
- Sam threatening his youngest brother with violence
- Sam stereotyping Daily Mail style
- The school curriculum
Haha, this made me smile. Isn't it funny the things you hear them telling each other. My son told my daughter not to jump on the couch "because you will die." Harsh!
