putting a smile on your face

... I hope I am. The other day, Alistair came dancing into the dining room, wearing his big sisters leotard, James' white t-shirt, his orange and black stripy socks and Annie's old ballet shoes. He made me laugh. Look at his knobbly knees and his cheeky face! Alistair is not one for imaginative play and seeing him doing it is like spotting the rarest of birds.

Have a lovely Wednesday evening. Cx

  2. Bless him! He won't thank you for that when he's fifteen but it certainly made me smile. Jacob used to love to dress up like that when he was little.

'spotting the rarest of birds' I love that! So heartwarming when our children step outside from themselves for a short while. Lovely.

  14. My little babe loves getting into my underwear drawer and putting it on herself and the cats. Yesterday she came down with a thong and told us it was a bag. I told her that she wasn't going to be able to hold much stuff in that bag!
