spring impressions
I don't have much to say today. I wanted to share a selection of recent photographs to document the change of the seasons. There are buds everywhere, blossom, too. It is an exiting time of year and dog walking is very enjoyable indeed. I do hope the reasonable weather lasts for a wee while longer.
I have been rather busy lately and didn't reply to all your comments on my last few posts, please accept my apologies. I do read every comment, I love to hear from you all and it gives me great pleasure to know that there is somebody out there sharing my journey. Thank you.
Have a lovey day! Cx
Hey Christina,
ReplyDeleteI find this time of year so exciting. We make the most of every fine day, and sit in the sunshine whenever possible. My favourite place to be right now is in the greenhouse. It's warm and there's lots to do. Failing that sitting on the stairs in a pool of sunlight is pretty good too. Lovely photos. The green is looking so...green. Do you know what I mean?
Leanne xx
You really have captured the essence of the season with some beautiful photos well done.
ReplyDeleteLook at that blue sky! Beautiful photos, they've really made me smile xx
ReplyDeleteWonderful spring pictures, Christina! I'm impressed that you can take pictures when you're out walking Jack. Fergus is always pulling on the leash too much to allow me to take any pictures.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful blue sky, it definitely is starting to look like spring.
ReplyDeleteWhat springy loveliness - the colors and textures of spring are so special.
ReplyDeleteThe sky is aLmost indigo in your photograph with the blossoms-so beautiful x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous spring photos, I was just looking at our chives this morning, they're shooting up too. It's still pretty chilly here, but slowly, slowly spring is springing. CJ xx
ReplyDeleteVery springy photos! No blossom or pussy willow here yet, we are further behind you in the spring stakes. What a beautiful blue sky in the blossom picture xx
ReplyDeleteI agree, spring is an exciting time of year. Your photos capture the loveliness of the changing season. Have a great week! X
ReplyDeleteso exciting to see signs of spring x
ReplyDeleteI would cut those chives now, they grow back really quickly. They grow like a weed in my garden. It's interesting you look like you are ahead of us despite being further north. Perhaps that is the effect of being urban and rather than rural.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos Christina. Those pussy willows are pretty. We're currently reading Jan Brett's The Easter Egg book and throughout the book, the pussy willow border slowly change from bare buds into fluffy white pussy willow flowers and then fluffy white bunnies. Really creative.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are really pretty. I hope things settle down for you soon. Take care and enjoy that sandwich. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy spring ahead ... enjoy your time !
ReplyDeleteIt is so lovely to see the signs of spring that you have spotted on your walks! xx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos and collages. I know what Leanne means about green light, I've got a blog post lined up about something very similar.
ReplyDeleteFinding signs of spring is a lovely thing to do, I'm really enjoying it this year.

ReplyDeleteLovely pictures of the changing season. Dog walking is so much easier at moment fir yes too, it makes such a difference to get out an about without a ton of stuff. I love your duck shot at the top, it's like you snuck up on him. Have a lovely weekend x
