Happy New Year!
These days between Christmas and the New Year are my favourite days of this holiday. We usually plan very little and enjoy pottering about the house or go for long walks with the dog. I wanted to share some of the beauty we have enjoyed lately (and not just these past few days)
Old railway bridge pillars in the fog |
The cormorants are back for winter |
Ice flowers |
The canal starting to freeze over |
Should I stay or should I go? |
not long before the snow drops are out |
No stick too big for this little dog |
Snow, at last! |
Thank you so much for visiting throughout the year. I really love being part of your blog reading routine, it makes me happy. Have a wonderful New Year's Eve. Happy Hogmanay to you and your families! xx

ReplyDeleteHey Christina,
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely photos!! We hardly ever have frost here. Or snow. We've had lots of rain, and some strong winds that have seen fabulous waves. I've enjoyed sharing your adventures here, and look forward to many more. Happy New Year!!

Belated Happy New year wishes to you as well, Christina. I'm a bit late in catching up on blog reading as we spent so much of December away from home. These were lovely winter images and I especially liked the frost covered leaves and the fog. Your sons and dog also seemed to be enjoying the snow!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful photos! Happy New Year! :)
